Who is it for? Whether you are new to yoga or just prefer the benefits of practicing yoga one-on-one in the comfort of your own home, private yoga sessions can be a way to not only customize your practice to your specific needs but to deepen your practice in a profound and meaningful way. The one-on-one attention you receive as a private yoga student can help you address specific areas in your body, learn and embody proper alignment for each pose and help you explore the boundaries of your personal practice.
Where are Sessions Held? Private and semi-private sessions can be held in the comfort of your own home, office or even outdoors at a park or the beach. Prior to your first session, a 15-minute phone consultation will take place to assess your personal goals and address any questions or concerns you may have.
Styles of Private Session Offered: Beginning to Intermediate Hatha (Svaroopa Base), Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga, Pre/Post Natal Yoga, Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga, Laughter Yoga and Learning to Meditate.
