We have all heard expressions like "you could cut the tension in the room with a knife" or "her smile lit up the room".
Or perhaps you've had a felt sense of feeling drawn to or repelled by someone's energy.
The point is that we are sensitive beings and whether we realize it or not we are affected by the energy around us that emanates from people, places, interactions and things.
Often, negative energy can stick to us, and unless we become more aware of managing our energetic boundaries, we can become deflated, dragged down and even depressed by other people's energetic baggage.
